Special Note: As of April 20th, we are accepting new food pantry clients. Our food pantry has switched to a home delivery model. We are prioritizing seniors and homebound residents in our community. Space is limited. We are only delivering food to residents in 60626 and 60645. If you need food assistance, call our main number at 773-262-6622 and press 0 to speak with the operator. If you call outside of regular hours, please leave your name, address, and phone number and we will add you to the list if space remains. You can also contact the Greater Chicago Food Depository to learn more about food resources near you. The Depository’s phone number is 773-247-3663, or you can visit their website at www.chicagosfoodbank.org.
Water, air, sleep, and food– these are the basic physiological needs for survival. The Food Pantry is the cornerstone of HACC’s work and history. The Food Pantry feeds nearly 12,000 low-income families and individuals every year. Many of the Food Pantry’s frequent visitors are homeless and in poor health.
