Rogers Park Health Assessment: A study required in the application process for a Federally Qualified Health Center and for community members and community groups to use to improve the overall heatlh care safety net of Rogers Park.

Medicaid HMO Brochures (English doc), (Spanish doc): These brochures were created by Northwestern Social Policy students who were assigned to Howard Area to work on Health Advocacy. They researched Medicaid HMO patient rights and responsibilites and created this brochure to educate parents.

Rogers Park Health Care Resource Manual: Created by HACC and Northwestern students, this examines social policy in response to the closing of Cook County Clinics, and the need to clarify health care providers who will see the uninsured.
The Rogers Park Recreation/Physical Activity Guide: Created by HACC and the Loyola University Health Systems Management Program students, this is an important resource to encourage family fitness and health.
