2) Credit card number including the last 3 digits on the back of the card

We do not accept jewelry, knick-knacks, furniture, appliances, toys, etc. Donations may be dropped off at 7648 N. Paulina Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Unfortunately, we are not able to pick up donations from residences. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent of the law.
